Hedningarna's world is a place where primitive, brutal folk music collides with sampling and programming, forging a new direction. 

Hedningarna, "the heathens" in English, drive ancient Nordic music into the modern era paying no attention to the rules of the road. 

Their newly created tunes are an extension of the living tradition inspired by the melodies of their forebears. The intensity of modern technology mixed with the flavor of ancient instruments and tunes creates the explosive, intense sound of Hedningarna.
